Kanishka Dinulak is a forward-thinking engineer and leader, serving as the Director of the Electrical and IT Department at WDL Engineering Solutions and Services. With a vision to integrate modern technology into sustainable engineering, Kanishka has been a driving force behind the company since its inception in November 2024.
A proud alumnus of Nalanda College, Colombo, Kanishka holds a BSc Engineering (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). His expertise lies at the intersection of electrical systems and information technology, allowing him to deliver innovative, high-efficiency solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the industry. Under his guidance, the department focuses on precision, digital transformation, and excellence in engineering services.

W A D L N Wanasinghe is a results-driven Civil Engineering professional currently serving as the Director of the Civil and Construction Department at WDL Engineering Solutions and Services. An alumnus of Thurstan College, Colombo, he brings a solid academic and technical foundation to the firm, holding a National Diploma in Engineering Sciences (NDES) in Civil (Building & Structural).
With a keen eye for structural integrity and modern architectural trends, Mr. Wanasinghe oversees all construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Since the establishment of the company in November 2024, his leadership has been pivotal in steering the department toward innovative engineering solutions and sustainable construction practices.

Devindi Lakshika spearheads the Human Resources and General Administration divisions, bringing a wealth of operational expertise to the company’s leadership. With a robust background spanning years as a Human Resources Executive, she has mastered the intricacies of talent management, compliance, and administrative optimization. Her strategic vision, grounded in real-world experience, plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a high-performance corporate environment.

Bridging the world of Engineering and Business, W.T.D.N. Wickrama is a versatile leader dedicated to excellence. Having completed his schooling at Maliyadeva College and earned his degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from SLIIT, he transitioned into the corporate sphere with a strong analytical foundation.
As a director specializing in Finance and Marketing, he has successfully spearheaded numerous high-impact projects. He is known for his ability to solve complex problems and deliver results that align technical innovation with market demands.
